About Turnix

Turnix Shift Manager is an Android app (iOS coming soon) designed for hospital shift workers — radiology technicians, nurses, doctors, paramedics. It loads the department's monthly shift PDF, displays the calendar with real cells from the original PDF (no interpretation), and delivers automatic pre-shift alarms. Developed by an active radiology technician at EOC (Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale, Switzerland).

USP: no interpretation of the shift code. The app does NOT tell you "what shift it is" — it shows the actual cell from the original PDF. Alarms are configured via visual pattern matching (perceptual hash), not via fragile OCR reading.

Target: healthcare shift workers in European hospitals. Available in 6 languages (Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese). Compliant with GDPR, UK GDPR and Swiss FADP.
